Some days all we have is HOPE!
When I lost my only child-my Ryan-seven years ago, I found it hard to find my hope. Many days I found it a struggle to get out of bed and to find my reason, my purpose, my inspiration - my WHY?
Then I found Yoga, and on my mat, I found some comfort, some purpose, someplace to put all that LOVE! The Yoga I have found has allowed me acceptance. Yoga means union and does not deny our feelings or emotions. Rather Yoga encourages us to sit with and even allow and accept our feelings as part of the process. In my classes, I want to offer a safe space to walk alongside you in all you are feeling and to provide you with the tools needed to connect breath, body, and mind.
